Nourished Nest Nutrition products, programs, and courses including its videos, documents and other content has been produced by Olivia Farrow, owner of Nourished Nest Nutrition. When you purchase the a product or program, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use. By moving forward with your purchase of the program and further access of the program, you implicitly agreed and continue to agree to abide by these terms and conditions of use as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained in these terms and conditions of use.

You agree that you are at least 18 years old - access to Nourished Nest Nutrition offerings and related materials by a minor is a violation of use, we reserve the right to terminate your access if such an issue is discovered.

The nutrition content in Nourished Nest Nutrition programs and services is for informational and education purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The paediatric nutritional information is not meant to be exhaustive and does not apply to all children. Refunds

Refunds for programs and services will be reviewed on a case by case scenario. Once you are registered and have logged into the course you may receive a full refund within 3 days of accessing the content. We ask that you provide a detailed explanation of why you felt the information was incomplete.

Termination

If at any time We feel You have violated these Terms and Conditions of Use, then We shall immediately terminate Your use of Our website and any related communications as We deem appropriate. It is within Our sole discretion to allow any user’s access of Our website, and We may revoke this access at any time without notice, and if necessary, block Your IP address from further visits to Our site(s).

You will have access to the program for as long as the program exists. Nourished Nest Nutrition reserves the right to dissolve the program at any time. Notice will be given via email 30 days before course closure.

Online Community

By submitting a comment, photo, video, or other materials onto any platform owned or managed by Nourished Nest Nutrition, including but not limited to third party access sites such as Facebook groups, you do so at your own risk. We request that you do not submit any sensitive data to us, via public postings, email correspondence with us, or any other method, including personal information, personal health information, health data, genetic data, or information related to your ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or criminal history or that of your child or other family members. If you do send us this information, then by doing so you are consenting to our use, storage, and processing of this information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you choose to disclose these types of information, Nourished Nest Nutrition is not responsible for keeping this information safe from other participants of the platform. You have no right to confidentiality unless otherwise explicitly stated, such as in a subsequent client agreement, or otherwise implicitly agreed upon as mandated by law or fiduciary duty.

You agree not to submit any content or communications that could be illegal or serve an unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to communications that are potentially libelous or maliciously false, obscene, abusive, negligent or otherwise harmful or inappropriate Copyright.

All images, text, designs, graphics and information is owned by Nourished Nest Nutrition or the properly attributed party. You may not use our intellectual property in any way. Any and all materials, paid or free, that you access on this or any related domains by Nourished Nest Nutrition are under the sole ownership of Nourished Nest Nutrition. You are not allowed to reproduce any part of our website, programs, products, service materials or related communications.

You are receiving a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only in order to access any content or materials in the offerings you have paid for or opted to receive.

You may access the program for your own personal use and download or print materials for your own personal personal use. You may not re-sell or trade access to the program, share the program offerings with anyone else who has not purchased it, reprint or republish any of the program in part or in whole, distribute any of the materials contained in the program as your own work.

Security and Assumption of Risk

It is your responsibility to secure your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these terms and conditions of use. We do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, these are processed through a third party processor (Stripe or Paypal) https://stripe.com/us/privacy. By using these payment processors to gain access to Nourished Nest Nutrition programs you indemnify us and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details and agree to be bound by the third party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use.
